Sarah May: Co-founder and CEO – A visionary leader with over 25 years of experience in design and fine jewellery. Former owner of two retail shops in London, recognised with awards for best boutique and best store in Richmond, UK. Holds a Master’s degree from the Royal College of Art in London, specialising in Goldsmithing, Manufacturing, and Production. Sarah brings deep expertise in ethical fashion, sustainability, and conscious luxury.
Regan Hillyer: Co-founder and COO – A heart-led entrepreneur with a gift for turning ideas into impactful, conscious businesses. Regan has helped grow and scale multiple purpose-driven brands, always with a focus on giving back and caring deeply for the planet and its people. Known for her grounded wisdom and inspiring energy, she’s a global speaker, bestselling author, and mentor to thousands. Her work has been featured in Forbes, and she’s affectionately known around the world as the “Manifestation Queen.”
